The NightSpire ransomware group claims to have breached THT Bio-Science (THT), a prominent French biomedical company specialized in the design, research, and manufacture of surgical implants and textile prostheses. Based in southern France, the organization is a key player in the healthcare sector, providing technical solutions for digestive and uro-gynecological surgery to medical teams in over 50 countries.
The threat actors allegedly gained access to the company’s network on December 9, 2025, and have set a deadline of December 29, 2025, for negotiations before the data is publicly leaked.
According to the group, the breach resulted in the exfiltration of a significant volume of company information. The allegedly compromised data includes:
