A major Australian telecommunications company, Superloop, has allegedly fallen victim to a significant data breach, with access to its portal containing sensitive information now reportedly being offered for sale online.

Superloop, founded in 2014, is a substantial player in the Australian telecommunications landscape, having reported an approximate revenue of $420.5 million in 2024. The company provides a range of telecommunications services, making any compromise of its systems a serious concern for both its operations and its customers.

The alleged breach, dated May 28, 2025, specifically targets “Superloop Telecommunications Portal Access.” The information being offered for sale allegedly includes “domain administration tools and other sensitive information,” which could potentially allow unauthorized parties to gain control over critical network infrastructure and access confidential data.

The price for this alleged access is listed at $750, with “MM / Escrow Accepted” indicating a mechanism for secure payment in illicit transactions. Further details or confirmation from Superloop regarding the alleged incident are currently unavailable.
