CollegeSearch stands as India’s foremost education platform, serving over 5 million students and 7000 colleges. Positioned to simplify college selection and admission processes, CollegeSearch has garnered notable recognition, including raising INR 20 million from the Indian Angel Network and being honored with the prestigious Top 100 Fast Growing Companies in Asia award by Red Herring. Notably, this accolade has previously been bestowed upon leading Indian entities like Naukri and MakeMyTrip. The leaked data, comprising more than 703,000 lines in CSV format, allegedly encompasses sensitive information such as date of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, names, and additional details.
