A threat actor claims to have breached K Shipbuilding Co Ltd, a major South Korean shipbuilding company formerly known as STX Offshore & Shipbuilding. According to the post, attempts to contact the company about its security vulnerabilities were unsuccessful before the data was listed for sale.
The threat actor is asking for $10,000 for the data. The allegedly compromised data includes:
- Approximately 330,000 files, totaling 30 GB.
- Drawings and designs for shipping facilities.
- Designs for individual ship components.
