The Cortex group claims to have breached the Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia de Guadalajara (DIF Guadalajara), a Mexican government agency responsible for social welfare, family development, and community assistance programs. According to the post, the compromise includes a full dump of the organization’s web content and sensitive internal documentation.
