An unidentified threat actor claims to have breached Doctor Alliance, a U.S.-based healthcare technology platform. The company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, helps physicians and medical agencies manage documents, referrals, and billing through its secure online system, integrating with services like Axxess Home Health.
The actor is demanding a $200,000 ransom, threatening to sell the data if the demand is not met by the November 21, 2025 deadline.
According to the actor, the breach resulted in the exfiltration of a significant amount of data. The allegedly compromised data includes:
- 1,240,640 files
- A total size of 353 GB
