Epitech (L’École de l’expertise informatique), a prominent French higher education institution specializing in information technology and computer science, has allegedly been compromised in a data scraping incident. A database containing user profiles appeared on a dark web forum, where it was made available for download by a threat actor. The leak reportedly involves approximately 5.4MB of data extracted from user profiles associated with the institution.
