First Priority Group Hit by Everest Ransomware Attack

The Everest ransomware group claims to have breached First Priority Group (FPG), a prominent manufacturer and upfitter of custom emergency, rescue, and law enforcement vehicles in the United States.

According to the actor, the allegedly compromised database contains 264.26 GB of information across more than 91,000 files. The allegedly compromised data includes:

  • Law enforcement and emergency vehicle configurations (detailing fleets for agencies like the NYPD, FDNY, and PANYNJ)

  • Tactical equipment data, including radio communication setups, prisoner transport layouts, and surveillance camera placements

  • Extensive production records from 2018 to 2026, including purchase orders and quality control checklists

  • Engineering and CAD files (2D vector drawings and 3D solid models)

  • Detailed electrical system schematics and power distribution documents

  • Supply chain maps and procurement network details

  • Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) enabling the tracking of specific law enforcement vehicles

  • Extensive visual documentation, including thousands of photographs and videos of vehicle conversions

  • Personnel data, including employee email addresses, external government contact details, and federal quarterly payroll tax returns (Form 941) detailing aggregate wages and withholdings
