Genesis Ransomware Hits Upper Township and Dedman Gray

The Genesis group claims to have breached multiple organizations, listing them on their dark web leak site on January 15, 2026. The latest list of alleged victims posted by the group includes:

  • Dedman Gray Property Consultants (🇬🇧): A full-service real estate company based in the United Kingdom, specializing in property auctions, sales, and commercial property.

  • Upper Township (🇺🇸): A local municipal-level organization located in New Jersey, United States.

According to the actor, the group has exfiltrated significant amounts of sensitive information from both entities. The allegedly compromised data includes:

Dedman Gray Property Consultants (300 GB):

  • Project Data

  • Contracts and NDAs

  • Financial and Tax Data

  • Property Management Data

  • Real Estate Data

  • Network users’ folders

  • Management folders

  • Data exfiltrated from company file servers

Upper Township (100 GB):

  • Financial Data

  • Personal Data

  • Users’ Folders

  • File-server data

  • Contracts, Leases, and Agreements

  • Litigation records

  • Board of Health records

  • Ethics Law and Financial Disclosure Statements

  • Bank Statements
