A threat actor published a database on a dark web forum claiming that it belongs to the Indian Conglomerate Piramal Group.
According to the forum post, the breached data is user data and there are 628,000 records in total. The content of the breach contains data points such as user name, full name, email address, time zone, and other property related data points, according to the forum post. The threat actor claims that the breach occurred recently, in July 2024.
The threat actor also included a sample from the alleged breach. The price for the leak is not stated and instead the highest offer will be accepted.
