A threat actor claims to have breached the Ministry of Public Works (MPW), a key government authority in Kuwait responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of the nation’s public infrastructure. The ministry oversees critical projects including roads, bridges, public buildings, and sanitation systems.
According to the actor, a massive 12 TB of data was exfiltrated from the ministry’s systems and is now being offered for sale for $40,000. The allegedly compromised data includes:
