The Pharanos Cyber Army (PCA) claims to have successfully breached a system operated by private companies and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) within Ukraine, purportedly under the oversight of the Ukrainian government.
According to PCA, their investigation uncovered alarming revelations suggesting that the Ukrainian government is not only engaging in surveillance of its citizens but may also be utilizing this data to target and eliminate individuals, falsely implicating Russia or its allies. Additionally, evidence suggests that the system was employed to monitor Russian vehicles, drones, vessels, and aircraft, with indications of tracking Iranian drones for potential destruction. The system allegedly played a role in planning the sabotage of the Crimean Bridge and continues to monitor traffic flow across it. Furthermore, PCA claims to have obtained intelligence regarding a forthcoming Ukrainian offensive. As a countermeasure, they threaten to deactivate satellites under their control.
