A threat actor has claimed responsibility for breaching the database of Tracelo, an online service that allows people to track phones via phone numbers. The threat actor made the announcement on a dark web forum, where they provided a download link to the allegedly stolen data.
According to the threat actor’s post, the Tracelo database contains 1,459,014 records, exposing sensitive user information. The leaked data is divided into two main datasets, each containing a variety of personal and account-related details.
The first dataset includes fields such as user ID, first and last names, email addresses, roles, physical addresses, countries, cities, postal codes, passwords, last login details, currency, language preferences, subscription plans, payment methods, and other account-related information.
The second dataset comprises data points like phone numbers, time zones, carriers, and additional location details.
