A threat actor has cleaimed to an online foru of a database containing over 600,000 credit card records, primarily from Indian users. According to the seller, the data, which includes user browser fingerprints and user-agent details, has been meticulously collected over an extended period. The entire dataset is being offered for sale at a price of 2 Bitcoin (BTC).
The seller also mentions that due to India’s One-Time Password (OTP) system, previous attempts to sell the data individually were unsuccessful, leading them to offer the entire collection as a package deal. The seller has pledged to provide sample data and regular updates on the records. However, the claim remains unverified.
