A threat actor on a dark web forum is selling access for an Israeli financial software and technology company. The name of the company is not stated in the forum post but the threat actor described the company as “one of the oldest in retail business management software, cash registers, computerized sales positions and smart links to a variety of systems such as sites, ERP systems and bookkeeping”.
The alleged access type includes C2 and more, with administrator-level privileges. The threat actor is asking for $2000 and wants to work with a trusted middleman for the deal.
Those willing to see a proof can either approach the threat actor with a middleman or pay 20% of the amount upfront to receive screenshots and the name of the company. The threat actor also shared a TOX ID as a contact information.
