A threat actor is allegedly selling a database of an agency from the Government of Colombia consisting of user data as well as an access to the databa on a dark web forum. According to the threat actor the alleged data includes user id, numbers, emails, PDF invoices, user documents and more.
According to the post, the alleged database consists of 1.500.000 lines, and the total number of lines is more than 4.655.380. The threat actor is selling the database for $1100 and the price for database and access is $2200.
The threat actor states that the agency in question will be revealed after the deal goes through forum escrow. Sample data is also included in the post.
