A threat actor has allegedly put a database containing 4.6 million rows of data belonging to Allianz Seguros, the Spanish division of the global insurance giant Allianz, up for sale. The post, which appeared on a cybercrime forum, claims the data was breached on June 19, 2025. Allianz is a major player in the global insurance and asset management industry, and its Spanish branch, Allianz Seguros, is one of the leading insurance companies in the country, providing services to millions of customers. A breach of this magnitude could have significant consequences for the individuals whose information has been compromised.
The seller is asking for €20,000 in cryptocurrency for the database and has provided a list of data headers to prove the authenticity of the leak. The exposure of such sensitive personal and policy information places the alleged victims at high risk for sophisticated phishing attacks, identity theft, and other fraudulent activities. The data allegedly for sale includes a wide range of personally identifiable information (PII).
The compromised data allegedly includes:
- Policy ID and number
- Tax Identification Number (NIF)
- Full name
- Full address and postal code
- Phone numbers
