On May 04th, 2024, Ayesa was recently added to the list of victims by the BlackBasta ransomware group. The company’s systems were infiltrated, resulting in the exfiltration of over data, totaling 4.5 terabayt in size. Among these compromised are critical data such as company data, employees personal data, projects, CAD, and And much more. Given the company’s provision of CRM/ERP services, it’s highly likely that there are numerous customer datasets involved. The question of how such a vast amount of data was leaked without detection raises concerns.
