The UK government’s system encountered a misconfigured CDN issue, resulting in the exposure of a substantial number of users’ information. The threat actor claims to have extracted over 1 million user records and additional data from the compromised system. A partial database containing nearly 80,000 user entries, including usernames and passwords, has been disclosed.
The threat actor plans to delay the full data release, waiting for an opportune moment. This announcement serves as a friendly warning, highlighting the importance of monitoring global activities closely.
