Direwolf Ransomware Group Claims Attacks on Akribis Systems, Pergamon Status, Anadolu Hastaneleri, and Universidad Mayor

The Direwolf ransomware group has allegedly claimed responsibility for cyberattacks against four international organizations, listing them on its dark web data leak site. The group is threatening to publish gigabytes of sensitive files and has reportedly already released initial data samples to validate their claims. The targeted entities come from diverse industries and locations, indicating a broad and opportunistic attack campaign.

The victims allegedly targeted by the group are:

  • 🇸🇬 Akribis Systems: A Singapore-based global designer and manufacturer of direct drive motors and high-precision positioning systems. The group claims to have exfiltrated 650 GB of data.
  • 🇹🇷 Anadolu Hastaneleri: A prominent hospital and healthcare clinic group operating in Turkey. The attackers allegedly stole 240 GB of files, including patient data.
  • 🇨🇱 Universidad Mayor: A major private university located in Chile. The breach allegedly involves 50 GB of data, including the personal information of one million individuals.
  • 🇹🇷 Pergamon Status Dis Ticaret A S: A Turkish company operating in the banking and foreign trade finance industry. The group claims to have stolen 50 GB of critical financial data.

According to the ransomware group’s timeline, sample files were published on July 20th. The group has set a deadline of July 30, 2025, for the full public release of all stolen documents if their ransom demands are not met. The data allegedly exfiltrated contains highly sensitive corporate, employee, and customer information across all victims.

  • Accounting and Audit Files
  • Employment Contracts and Confidentiality Agreements

Allegedly Leaked Data from Anadolu Hastaneleri:

  • Patient Case Transaction Databases
  • Resource and Patient Case Data
  • Other unspecified databases

Allegedly Leaked Data from Universidad Mayor:

  • Microsoft SQL Server Data
  • Personal Information (Name, Home Address, Date Of Birth, Telephone Number)
  • Student Documents Data

Allegedly Leaked Data from Pergamon Status Dis Ticaret A S:

  • Oracle Data
  • Financial Data
  • Import And Export Data
  • Tax Data
  • Audit Data
