Update – April 13, 2026 (Company Statement): Following the initial publication of this report, FreeCast Inc. reached out to Daily Dark Web to deny the claims of a data breach. After conducting an internal investigation, the company stated that the report is “not substantiated by any available evidence.” FreeCast clarified that it does not operate any corporate or Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs), making the alleged exfiltration of an M&A data room inconsistent with their actual infrastructure. Additionally, the company noted that much of the reportedly leaked data, such as S-1 filings and partnership announcements, is already publicly accessible via SEC EDGAR and official press releases.
FreeCast Inc., an American company active in the OTT, FAST Channels, and Out-of-Home Digital Advertising sectors, has allegedly suffered a data leak exposing its highly detailed corporate data room. The exposed collection consists of more than 13,200 files, totaling over 15 gigabytes of confidential documents that were reportedly prepared for the due diligence process of a merger with AIB, as well as previous IPO and SPAC attempts.
The allegedly compromised data includes:
-
All major contracts from 2023, including extensive agreements with Travel Plaza Media on U.S. highways
-
Content agreements with well-known FAST channels (Hearst, Jewelry TV, Reelz, Weather Channel, and others)
-
Complete General Ledger, financial statements, AR/AP, Bank Statements, and Bank Reconciliations
-
Legal documents, Employment Contracts, ESOP, and I-9 forms
-
Multiple SEC-registered S-1 filings for going public
-
Debt Roll, loans, shareholder list, and cap table
-
Technical architecture, Disaster Recovery Plan, and Mission Cloud (AWS) documents
