Grupo Panamá Data Breach: 35GB of Financial & Employee Data Leaked

Grupo Panamá, a prominent restaurant and bakery chain based in the Sinaloa region of Mexico, has allegedly been compromised in a significant data breach. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, the company is known for its extensive chain network and high revenue, maintaining direct partnerships with major suppliers. The breach reportedly extends to its partner agricultural company, Agricola Santa Olivia, exposing years of sensitive corporate and fiscal data.

The allegedly compromised data spans 35 GB and, according to the actor, includes a vast array of financial, operational, and personal records. The leaked information includes:

  • All tax returns and income tax (ISR) payments from 2017 to 2021 for the partner company Agricola Santa Olivia.

  • Monthly and annual provisional payments, IVA and ISR calculations, balance sheets, and SAT files.

  • Purchase and sales invoices containing the real names, RFC, CURP, and INE identification numbers of producers and suppliers.

  • Monthly production and sales reports, sales charts, electricity consumption logs, and warehouse inventories.

  • Internal operational documents such as checklists, technical sheets, menus, pricing, and system settings for 2023–2025.

  • Employee information, including job descriptions, ID cards, invoices, and bank account details.

  • Treasury reports covering fixed funds, payment deadlines, guarantees, and budget increase proposals.

  • Multimedia files, including scanned PDFs, internal audio files, photos, and alleged CCTV footage.
