A threat actor claims to have breached the Ministry of Health of San Juan, a key governmental health body responsible for public health services in the Argentine province of San Juan. The breach reportedly originates from the ANDES system (Advanced Application for Health Social Networking), a platform used for managing patient health information.
According to the actor, the allegedly exfiltrated database contains 992,815 records. The compromised information reportedly includes provider details, patient identifiers, full names, document ID numbers, dates of birth, sex, provinces, departments, and localities.
