A threat actor under the alias NoName057(16) shared a message about an alleged cyber attack towards Ukrainian targets.
In the message published by the threat actor there is a description of recent movements of the Ukrainian and Russian armed forces. After describing the latest clashes, the threat actor lists the alleged victims of their cyber attacks which are various Ukrainian institutions and infrastructure entities.
The alleged victims are as follows:
- Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine
- “Lvovoblenergo” provision of electricity distribution services
- API of Lvivoblenergo website
- Kiev Metro
- Information portal of the city of Kiev
- AT “UKRSIBBANK” Commercial Bank of Ukraine
- “UKRSIBBANK” Consumer Finance IT-platform
- UKRSIB internet banking
- “UKRSIBANK” Qualified provider of electronic trust services accredited key certification center
- System “UKRSIB business” Personal cabinet (two different Checkhost links)
- Accordbank
