A threat actor claims to have breached the Full Disclosure Policy Portal (FDPP), a government platform in the Philippines. The FDPP was established by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) to promote transparency and accountability in the use of public funds by local government units.
According to the actor, the breach exposes over 22GB of data from the government portal. The allegedly compromised data includes:
- User credentials (~4,500 accounts)
- Mixed system and user logs (~40,000,000 records)
- Numerous database files containing financial and administrative records
