Tech Trivial, a supplier of testing equipment for the plastic and cable industries, has allegedly fallen victim to a significant data breach. A threat actor has posted a database purportedly containing the information of 40,000 clients on a well-known hacker forum. Tech Trivial, operating under the slogan “Optimized engineering,” provides specialized equipment, making this breach a potential concern for industrial clients who rely on their products and services.
The leaked data appears to be a direct extraction from a “clients” table within the company’s database. The threat actor published a sample of the data, which includes sensitive client information. The origin of the leak is attributed to a member of the hacker forum. This incident could pose a risk to the affected clients, potentially exposing them to phishing attempts, spam, and other malicious activities.
The compromised information allegedly includes the following details for each client:
- Client ID
- Client Name
- Password
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Verification Status
- Points
- Date of Registration
