A threat actor has purportedly leaked a database containing the personal information and photos of 5 million Salvadoran citizens in El Salvador. According to the threat actor, the leaked data consists of 5,129,518 high-definition photos without watermarks, each labeled with the individual’s “DUI” identification number, totaling 144 GB in size. Additionally, the leaked database includes comprehensive citizen information, including identification document (DUI) numbers, names, last names, dates of birth, telephone numbers, email addresses, and residential addresses. This release follows a previous attempt to sell the data, with the threat actor now making it available for free.
