A threat actor claims to have breached VIZ Media, LLC (VIZ), a prominent American manga and anime entertainment licensing company. According to the actor, the breach was achieved by compromising the Google Account of the company’s Vice President of CPG, Licensing & Promotions.
The actor is attempting to sell the data, which reportedly totals 254 GB. The allegedly compromised data was exported from the executive’s Google Drive and includes:
- All historical emails
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Master Licensing Agreements
- PDF Keys
- Credentials for other employees
- Future business plans and projects
- Invoices
- Royalty Statements
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of the executive, including SSN, address, and passport details.
