Coolmod[.]com, a Spanish online retailer specializing in computer hardware, modding supplies, and electronics, has allegedly been compromised. A user on a cybercrime forum claims to have dumped the company’s support database, exposing a significant amount of customer interaction data. The leak reportedly involves the “Users Ticketing Database” and the tickets themselves, affecting thousands of records.
According to the actor, the compromised dataset contains over 125,000 lines of user data and more than 35,000 individual support tickets. The allegedly compromised data includes:
