DepEd Ilocos Norte is a regional division of the Philippine’s Department of Education, responsible for overseeing public schools in the Ilocos Norte province.
The actor alleges the exfiltration of 3 million records, sourced from 17 different databases and 155 CSV files, which are now being publicly leaked.
According to the actor, the compromised data includes a significant amount of personal and sensitive personal information:

- Email addresses
- School names
- Contact numbers
- Physical addresses
- Position/Job titles
- Birthdates
- Gender
- Civil status
- TIN numbers
- PhilHealth numbers
- BP numbers
