Mr Hamza Launches Campaign Against Turkey

The threat actor has announced the launch of a coordinated cyber campaign against Turkey, citing increasing incidents of “racist abuses” against Morocco and the broader Islamic world on social media platforms. The announcement, made on a Telegram channel, accuses Turkish individuals and entities of actions including insulting the Palestinian flag and defaming Moroccan women, which the threat actor claims has triggered their offensive.

The operation, named #Ops_Turkia, was described as a “warning operation.” The threat actor declared their intent to leak sensitive data from several high-profile Turkish entities. This includes data from Turkish intelligence services, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) records from the Turkish Ministry of Defense, and information from Havelsan, a defense company that develops systems for air defense and space programs. These leaks are portrayed as retaliation against what the actor calls “moral provocations” that are offensive to the homeland and the Islamic nation.

In their statement, the threat actor emphasized that the next phase of the operation would involve the release of personal data belonging to Turkish citizens, including passports and other sensitive information. The statement warns that the leaks will impact millions of Turkish citizens across the country.

#Ops_Turkia appears to be the beginning of what the threat actor claims will be an ongoing campaign against Turkey.
