Qilin Ransomware Group Hits Office Pro and MPM Imports LTD

The Qilin ransomware group claims to have breached multiple international companies, adding them to its dark web leak site. The gang is known for its double-extortion tactics, exfiltrating sensitive data before encrypting victim systems.

The latest list of alleged victims posted by the group includes:

  • Office Pro (🇨🇱): A leading distributor of office supplies in Chile, which began operations in 1991.
  • MPM Imports LTD (🇨🇾): A family-owned Cypriot business established in 2013 that supplies cosmetics, car tires, and other consumer goods.

According to the actor, the compromised data from these breaches is extensive.

For Office Pro, the allegedly exfiltrated data includes:

  • Company financial information
  • Personal data of employees and customers
  • Full names
  • Email addresses
  • Shipping addresses
  • Bank accounts

For MPM Imports LTD, the leak allegedly contains:

  • Internal financial data, including budgets, contracts, and profit reports
  • Personal data of customers, partners, and employees
  • Information detailing alleged market manipulations
