SafePay Ransomware Allegedly Breaches M.D. Neal Engineering, Scott Schiff & Associates, Wilson AT Law, USAI, The K Club, Oiwky, Waterford Surgical Center, Umweltprofis, and BTH CPA

The SafePay ransomware group has allegedly added nine new victims to its dark web leak site, showcasing a wide-ranging campaign that has impacted organizations across the United States, Ireland, and Austria. The targeted entities span a diverse array of sectors, including legal services, healthcare, technology, engineering, hospitality, and environmental management. This series of attacks highlights the indiscriminate nature of the threat, affecting companies that are integral to their respective industries and communities.

The list of allegedly compromised organizations includes several prominent names and critical service providers. The attack not only poses a financial and operational threat to these companies but also raises concerns about the security of sensitive client, patient, and corporate data. The victims named by the ransomware group are:

  • 🇺🇸 M.D. Neal Engineering: An American engineering consulting company specializing in structural engineering, design, and project management.
  • 🇺🇸 Scott Schiff & Associates: A U.S.-based law firm from Columbus, Ohio, specializing in personal injury.
  • 🇺🇸 Wilson AT Law: A U.S.-based legal practice focused on personal injury, family law, and estate planning.
  • 🇺🇸 USAI: A U.S.-based artificial intelligence and technology solutions provider.
  • 🇮🇪 The K Club: A world-renowned luxury resort and golf destination located in County Kildare, Ireland.
  • 🇺🇸 Oiwky: A U.S.-based technology and innovation company providing IT solutions and digital platforms.
  • 🇺🇸 Waterford Surgical Center: A specialized outpatient surgical care facility located in the United States.
  • 🇦🇹 Umweltprofis: An Austrian company providing environmental management, waste disposal, and recycling solutions.
  • 🇺🇸 BTH CPA: A professional accounting and advisory firm based in the United States.
