A threat actor is claiming to sell sensitive data allegedly breached from the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs & Governance of Guyana. The breach reportedly occurred in November 2025.
The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs & Governance is a government body in Guyana responsible for managing the country’s legislative agenda and coordinating between the executive and legislative branches.
The threat actor claims to be in possession of “sensitive documents.” Samples provided by the actor suggest the compromised data includes a wide range of official government records, such as:
- Financial statements and audit reports
- Government contracts and agreements
- Official proclamations
- Internal letters and correspondence
- Loan and contract amendments
